Programme One

Voyage to Essence

A return to self. A remembering of what matters.

There are moments in life where something calls for attention — a sense of misalignment, a question of purpose, or simply the feeling that there must be more. Voyage to Essence is a space to pause and turn inward.

Over 15 months, you journey together with a small group through the core territories of integral development — identity, expression, belonging, meaning, embodiment and contribution. This is not a training course. There are no modules to complete and forget. It is a sustained, supported return to your truest self, held in community with others doing the same work at the same depth. Not to become someone new. But to return to what has always been there.

This is for you if

Programme Two

Core Integral Development Coaching Skills

Learning to listen, to see, and to support growth in yourself and others.

Most people who use the word “coaching” at work mean something closer to advice-giving with better questions. This programme teaches the real thing.

At the heart of meaningful change is conversation. Over three months, you develop the foundational skills of integral development coaching — not simply as a skillset, but as a way of being with others. You learn to listen beyond words, to ask questions that open rather than close, and to support people in ways that invite real transformation. And along the way, you may notice something shifting in you, too.

  • You are an HR or L&D professional who wants to build real coaching capability in your organisation

Programme Three

Leader as Coach

A different way of leading. A more human way of relating.

Leadership is not a role. It is a way of being with people.

This six-month programme is for leaders who are ready to fundamentally shift how they show up — moving from directing and managing toward coaching, developing and genuinely investing in the people in their charge. Drawing on the Enneagram and integral development methodology, each participant develops the self-awareness, relational intelligence and coaching presence that distinguishes truly transformational leaders.

Individual coaching runs alongside the group programme — so the learning is never abstract. It is applied, personal and directly relevant to your real leadership context right now.

The Enneagram Weekend Retreat is one of Epiphany’s most immersive offerings — bringing individuals face to face with their patterns, their gifts, and the possibilities that open up when they are truly seen. This is not a personality test debrief. It is a lived encounter with yourself, held in an intimate group container that supports genuine reflection and insight.

Insight is the doorway, and action is the sacred path – together they turn knowing into transformation.

A Coaching Circle is a collaborative enquiry amongst a group of leaders and peers — committed to learning together and supporting each other to tackle real challenges. It is not a workshop. It is not mentoring. It is something rarer: a structured space where leaders get to observe themselves in action, hear honest reflection, and discover new possibilities together.

The group connects, engages and works together within a defined coaching framework — opening up new perspectives that none would have reached alone.
